    Cool giveaway,

  5. Emma

I would use this gift voucher to finally buy the seven books that have been on my ‘book wishlist’ for the last seven months now…. instead of borrowing them from the library or other people….. my top buys would be Sally Fallon’s Nourishing Traditions, Sandor Katz’s Art of Fermentation, and ‘Fresh’, a raw recipe book from the Boutenko family…. and some mason jars and a large crock for making sauerkraut! We have been traveling and ‘homeless’ for the last seven months, and haven’t been able to afford these books, but is hasn’t stopped me from starting my journey with REAL food by using whatever recipes I managed to copy out of them…. and now I’ll never go back to the S.A.D. diet ever again!!
