There are myriad recipes out there for green smoothies and green juices. The sky really is the limit with the combinations that can be made.
Right now, my favorite are the following two recipes for fresh juice:
Spicy Vegetable Medley: jicama, kale, celery, cucumber, lime, spinach and jalapeno
Detox Veggie Medley: cucumber, spinach, romaine, kale, parsley, celery, lime, apple, ginger and chard.
