We love pomegranates in our household. They are so tasty and have many health benefits such as being high in anti-oxidants, immune supporting, cardiovascular supporting to name a few.
We eat them as snacks, in fruit salads, in smoothies and on top of green salads.
But the biggest pain about a pomegranate is opening it up, right? It is a messy and tedious job!
