I totally agree with the first two points on identifying potential triggers, and I would certainly recommend it as the first course of action before any treatment. If you can avoid these triggers, it is already half the battle won! From there on, a holistic approach is needed to restore the imbalances in your body to keep eczema flares to a minimum.
