My daughter has some very strict rules about watching TV, the homework and chores all have to be done first, and she has to watch something useful, not some stupid pointless show where you don&#039;t learn anything. As for music, we love to listen to some, we usually play some nice energetic song as soon as we get home, and we spend around 10-20 minutes jumping around the house and singing. She loves it and it&#039;s very healthy for me, because I work behind a desk and I can always use the movement.]]></description>
