I have been using castor oil all my life. My mother gave me and my brother a spoonful everyday growing up. I am now 47 and look very young for my age and rarely see a doctor or have insurance. I use it periodically for alot of things. Swishing it in your mouth will take a toothache away I’ve discovered. I use it for liver detox,take it orally for constipation and generally to boost immune system. Put on a sore kidney going through kidney stones was amazing! I have done 2 10 day water fasts over a 6 year period. The second one i did I didn’t detox and eliminate like I should not sure why. The last 3 days of the 10day fast I took 2 tbsps of castor oil filled by 2 glasses warm water with lemon juice. Then 15 minutes later 2 more then 15min later 2 more. That did the trick! Castor oil is my go to for everything!

Going into my fourth week of using castor oil packs nightly. I have a low grade headache many mornings upon rising and intermittently throughout the day. Trusting this is from the castor oil pack and for the greater detox good?

Just did my castor oil pack. Severe headache and throwing up. Honestly i will keep at it. I believe this is just my body detoxing itself. Anything worth it will not be easy. Blessings to all

After getting a massive bladder infection, I’d like to know how to use this to see that it doesn’t happen again. I use caster oil on my knees for inflamation but I’d love to hear the other.
