I’ve done a lot of research on probiotics, because I needed to find a way to stop recurring yeast infections. There is growing research, and studies, that show they can help fight candida.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I made this coleslaw but I did not have sauerkraut juice.  All of my other ferments were either too garlicky or too spicy for what I wanted.  So, I used kombucha tea that had gone way vinegary.  The result was delicious!!!]]></description>
