We froze everything from blended leftover steamed broccoli to spaghetti and meatballs in ice cube trays. A quick thaw and warming of one or two cubes made a simple and healthy meal for her.

Fast-forward 40 years, and now I have a blog called FindYourEasy.com on living a simpler and more natural life, raising chickens, and family recipes.  I found your site while looking for advice on raising chickens in a cold climate.

There’s a lot of value in “real food” and trying to avoid the toxins that are everywhere. Thanks for helping to spread the word.]]></description>
