Yes, chewing juice and smoothies is hard ;) Essentially you 'chew', moving your teeth up and down several times to get the saliva going. It is a tough habit to start!

I'm awful at chewing. I don't like the way food feels or tastes in my moth after being chewed that much :( I wish there was a good solution! And how do you chew juice?

Thanks for commenting! It is something I still work on too! It is so easy to 'not chew' that many times I don't even think about it. It is something I am definitely making an effort toward though!

It's actually pretty interesting to sit and think about whether or not you chew your food, because lots of people these days just scarf and swallow quickly so as to move on to what they need to do next. Won't lie to you, this sort of happened at lunch today because I just needed to eat. Granted, I made a healthy something to bring with me, but still... I remember me saying, UH I needed that when I was done, but I don't remember actually CHEWING.
