Yes, the Facebook link will take you to the class. Click ‘going’ and you will be ‘in the class’. When the class starts, you will get notifications in Facebook. I usually keep the classes up for a week or so after the class so you can keep coming back and reading the posts.

I am new to your classes. Do I need to sign up for the facebook classes, or just take the link and get on the facebook class when it begins? I am attending CLC for Wellness coaching. I purchased my YL kit from Mary Slight and I am looking forward to exploring this new section of my wellness world!
