My grandkids love beef jerky but since they are 6 &#038; 17 months beef jerky can be too tough for them so I make it with ground beef (grassfed, of course) because its easier to chew.  I always have some for them when they come to visit.  Here is my recipe: 

2 lbs grassfed ground beef
1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar (Bragg&#039;s)
1/2 Nama shoyu (fermented soy sauce)
1/4 raw honey
1 tablespoon of each Onion powder, garlic powder, and salt.  
In the dehydrator for 7- 8 hrs at 155 degrees.  (Depends on thickness)]]></description>
