In 2/3 cup of Greek, you get 190 mg calcium.
In 2/3 cup regular plain, you get 342 mg calcium.

The Greek has strained out some calcium. For those needing calcium and wanting as much as possible to be natural in the food, not added or “fortified,” you are missing  45% of the unstrained.]]></description>

Granted it does not say raw honey so I don&#039;t know if that puts in a processed food category.  I have not really heard much about &quot;real&quot; food or &quot;whole&quot; food.  This is the start of a new education for me.]]></description>
