Sorry but that’s what workrks best for me over the past 30′ years! Last year had the shot and the flu, can’t imagine how much worse it could have been w/ out the shot! I’ve kmnown several people, my age mid 50’smand healthy,,who’ve died from flu, didn’t have the flu shot! Can only believe they’d still be with us if they’d taken precautions that included the vaccine!
