Pumpkin Pie Superfood Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup whole organic milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup pureed pumpkin canned or fresh
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp applesauce optional
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • dash allspice
  • 1/2 inch knob ginger peeled
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maca
  • 2 tbsp gelatin I used non-gelling type
  • 1/2 tsp camu camu
  • sweetener and vanilla to taste. I used liquid vanilla stevia
  • 1 handful of ice

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in high speed blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Drink and enjoy!
