Fermented Grapefruit Juice

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cups fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1/2 tsp culture starter or 2 tbsp whey
  • pinch sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Pour juice and water into quart size mason jar
  • Add culture starter or whey
  • Add pinch of salt
  • Cover tightly , give a quick shake to mix and leave at room temperature for 24-48 hours.
  • Refrigerate and enjoy!
  • Be sure to open carefully as gases do build up during fermentation!!
