Fermented Garlic Cloves

Ingredients
  

  • 3 to 4 heads of garlic peeled
  • 1/2 tablespoon of sea salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon of whey
  • filtered water to cover

Instructions
 

  • Peel all of your garlic and place the cloves into your jar.
  • Add the sea salt and whey.
  • Cover with filtered water.
  • Allow to ferment at room temperature for one week.
  • Refrigerate.
