Fermented Garlic Cloves

Ingredients
3 to 4
heads of garlic
peeled
1/2
tablespoon
of
sea salt
1/2
tablespoon
of whey
filtered water to cover
Instructions
Peel all of your garlic and place the cloves into your jar.
Add the sea salt and whey.
Cover with filtered water.
Allow to ferment at room temperature for one week.
Refrigerate.
