Soaked Oatmeal Breakfast

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon or more! cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup more if you like it sweeter
  • 1/4 cup whole milk yogurt
  • 2 cups filtered water

Instructions
 

  • Place all of the ingredients into a pot and mix together.
  • Cover and let it sit and soak overnight.
  • In the morning, cook on your stovetop and heat through!
  • Serve it in bowls or cups with your favorite toppings!

Makes enough to feed my 3 kids (ages 9, 7, and 3)
