Soaked Oatmeal Breakfast

Ingredients

cups
rolled oats
1/2
teaspoon
sea salt
1/2
teaspoon
or more! cinnamon
1/4
cup
maple syrup
more if you like it sweeter
1/4
cup
whole milk yogurt
2
cups
filtered water
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients into a pot and mix together.
Cover and let it sit and soak overnight.
In the morning, cook on your stovetop and heat through!
Serve it in bowls or cups with your favorite toppings!

Makes enough to feed my 3 kids (ages 9, 7, and 3)
