Vanilla Ice Cream - Real Food Style

Ingredients
  

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp arrowroot
  • 3 cups heavy cream

Instructions
 

  • Beat egg yolks
  • Add rest of ingredients
  • Pour into ice cream maker and blend for according to instructions.
  • Transfer to a container and freeze.
