  • 4 ounce spray bottle
  • Water distilled is best
  • Pinch of salt optional
  • 15-20 drops of various essential oils

Instructions
 

  • Add salt to bottle.
  • Add essential oils.
  • Fill with water.
  • Shake and spray!
