Chocolate Hazelnut Bites

A delicious energy ball with an ingredient that is great for your gut health!

Instructions
 

  • Process the hazelnuts in a food processor into a fine powder.
  • Add the dates, cocoa powder, coconut oil, colostrum, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
  • Process the batter until the desired consistency is achieved.
  • Form into balls.
  • Place in the refrigerator until set.
  • Store in a container in the fridge (if they last that long!)

Notes

I used 2 1/2 tablespoons of coconut oil in my batch of chocolate hazelnut bites. I don't like really oily energy bites. However, if you feel the batch needs more oil to hold it together, feel free to add more.
Also, if you would like to add more colostrum, do it! I would just add more coconut oil so that your bites aren't too crumbly.
