I dry things on window screens. Somethings in the light shade under an apricot tree and sometimes on the dashboard in an old car. Both work well but the shade gives better color.

I love my dried crushed or powdered greens. Sometimes I simply stir in boiling water, let sit a couple of minutes then add a pinch of salt, olive oil, and lemon juice and eat like fresh cooked greens. Pretty good in winter.
