Preheat oven to 350.
In a large bowl, mix: ketchup, barbecue sauce, mustard, rapadura/maple syrup, rum, cilantro, chili powder, garlic and cumin.
Fold in the beans and pineapple.
Heat a saute pan over medium heat.
Add bacon and beef.
Midway through the cooking add the onions.
Cook until meat is browned and onions are getting translucent.
Add beef, bacon, onion mixture to ketchup/bean mixture with a slotted spoon.
Spoon in a few tbsp (or more) of the cooking fat!
Pour entire mixture into an 8x8 baking dish.
Bake, covered, at 350 for 2 hours.
