Homemade Almond Milk

Ingredients

cup
raw almonds
4
cups
water
Instructions
Place 1 cup of almonds in a mason jar or bowl and cover with water. Soak for 24 hours in the refrigerator.
Drain almonds.
Place the almonds in a blender or Vitamix.
Add 4 cups of water.
Blend for 2 minutes or so.
Strain the nut milk through a
nut milk bag
or cheese cloth.
Squeeze all of the milk through the bag.
Store in the fridge!
Notes
Homemade Nut Milk should last 3-5 days in the refrigerator. I use a cup at a time for my smoothie, so this amount is perfect for me!
