Ingredients
  

  • 1 ounce olive oil
  • 1 ounce witch hazel
  • 5 drops Lavender Essential Oil
  • 5 drops Frankincense Essential Oil

Instructions
 

  • Add the olive oil to your 2 ounce container.
  • Add the essential oils to the olive oil.
  • Add the witch hazel.
  • Shake it up before each use.
  • Add to a cotton ball and remove your eye makeup!
