It is getting to be winter, we are stuck inside with dry, heated air and soon someone we know will be suffering from a dry throat. What do I like to do for soothing?
First and foremost, it is imperative to boost your immune system throughout the winter. There are many ways to do so but using an oily immune boosting recipe, taking fermented cod liver oil, supplementing with magnesium, drinking bone broth and eating nourishing foods are of utmost importance!
However, sometimes your throat just gets irritated. I like to use a homemade soothing throat spray to help!!
This recipe uses Thieves oil blend which is a combination of cinnamon, clove, lemon, eucalyptus and rosemary. This oil blend has many benefits that make it good to use for a soothing throat spray!
Thieves® was created based on research about four thieves in France who covered themselves with cloves, rosemary, and other aromatics while robbing plague victims. This proprietary essential oil blend was university tested for its cleansing abilities. It is highly effective in supporting the immune system and good health.*
Thieves® oil blend is an integral ingredient in Thieves® Household Cleaner, Thieves® Spray, Thieves® Wipes, Thieves® Lozenges, Thieves® Dentarome Plus™ and Thieves® Dentarome Ultra™ toothpastes, and Thieves® Fresh Essence Plus™ Mouthwash.
