One of the things I love most about Essential Oils is their ability to support our many body systems! I often find myself saying, “There has to be an oil for that!” And after careful research, I usually find one!
I know that I need focus and concentration support from time to time! How about you? Do you find yourself reaching for caffeine or other methods to help you concentrate and focus?
My oldest son uses a blend of oils to support his focus at school. He finds that the blend is calming and he is able to get the support he needs! And that isn't surprising. This blend is high in sesquiterpenes which are excellent for supporting concentration.

Ingredients
- 10 drops Brain Power
- 10 drops Vetiver
- 10 drops Sacred Frankincense
- 10 drops Lavender
- 10 drops Cedarwood
- Carrier Oil to fill
Instructions
- Add all oils to the 10 ml roller bottle... Fill with carrier oil.
- I like to apply this to either the big toe, back of the neck, or along the spine.
