As it turns out, Frankincense (Boswellia Carteri) was more valuable than gold in ancient times and it is still used today to treat illness.
Frankincense oil is known for supporting the immune system, eases bad moods, and has muscle-relaxing benefits. Frankincense stimulates the limbic system of the brain, and the hypothalamus, pineal, and pituitary glands.
