  1. Thank you so much for including one of my favourite posts in your happy hour. Many women are on the go so much that they race about and rarely stop. Yet I think the body needs time to pause, ‘be’, recapitulate if you like throughout the day and certainly at the end of the day. So I hope you enjoy your rest with a cup of tea!
