Ingredients
  1. 2 pork roasts
  2. 2 12-ounce package fresh cranberries or 2 cans of whole cranberries
  3. 1 cup peeled and sliced or minced ginger
  4. 2 tablespoons rapadura sugar
  5. 2 tablespoons of quick cooking tapioca or some other thickening agent (arrowroot powder, cornstarch)
  6. 1 cup filtered water
Instructions
  1. Dump all ingredients (except water) into two separate one gallon bags
  2. Label and put in freezer
  3. Day of cooking dump contents of bag into slow cooker, add the water
  4. Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours, or until fully cooked

  1. Thanks for sharing this recipe with us! Cranberry and ginger are two of my favorite things ever- and I just happen to have some cranberries left from Thanksgiving! (I stock my freezer full every fall!) Can’t wait to give this a try!
