We will help you use all of your senses to create powerful and positive experiences. We will be pairing guided imagery and using essential oils to help you connect positive feelings with the wonderful scents.

With guided imagery, you can bring back these wonderful feelings at any time you'd like to help you if it's a stressful day, or maybe to give you the confidence you need in a job interview speech or anything else in life.

We will teach you the tools and techniques you need to can bring these scenes back at anytime through the senses and using essential oils.

You will leave this workshop with tips and tricks to utilize guided imagery and essential oils in your daily life to help you deal with stress, focus, confidence, whatever area you need help!!
